General av8ion is an addon grf for av8. The latest version is 0.1.
The grf contains smaller aircraft than those found in av8, and unlike av8 the aircraft are genericised, representing whole classes of aircraft rather than specific models. Eventually it will contain half a dozen aircraft from tiny 2-seater biplanes up to private jets and 19-seat regional airliners. These aircraft are for servicing smaller towns, or just for eyecandy purposes.
The current version features only the biplane and a small utility aircraft, and is dowloadable via the in-game content service in OTTD.
