The Coriolis Express is a Monorail locomotive in the Lunar Climate. The 'Express' is designed primarily for passenger service, and has capacity for mail or goods. It can however also be used in freight service.

Prototype information
The Coriolis 'Express' was born out of necessity. As the Lunar population increased, more people started using the monorail system for transport. Coriolis Industries had established a manufacturing presence on Luna in the mid 2060's, and the majority of the components for new locomotives were being produced locally. The first prototype entered service in 2075 and was an immediate success.
The 'Express' is the fastest type of Monorail on the Lunar surface. While designed primarily for passenger service, the 'Express' can also be used to haul freight trains if required. The closed cabin design allows drivers to handle the trains in comfort. The Express, like the Gripper, also has the option for remote satellite control. The locomotive's dual-head design also speeds up turnaround times, as the entire train does not need to be reversed.
