Prototype information
The Coriolis 'Diamond' was developed to cope with the increasing traffic on Luna's growing monorail system. Hauling distances got longer, and more powerful locomotives were needed. Like the 'Express' and also the later 'Gripper' models, the 'Diamond' is built locally on Luna. These dual-ended locomotives are the most powerful units on the Lunar monorails.
